Meet your District Youth Coordinator:

Rob Phillips is the Director of Youth Ministries at White Plains UMC and has been active in Conference youth ministry since the 20th Century! Rob previously served as District Coordinator of the Raleigh District and is excited to be building a new leadership team for the Capital District. Contact Rob at youth@wpumc.com to get involved.

Events

We have scheduled our 2013 event for Sunday, August 18 from 4-7PM. This year the event is sponsored by Well-Seasoned Youth Ministry (Lee Barnes) and the Capital District of the UMC as well as our Raleigh Area youth worker’s fellowship (YOWO) and will take place at Millbrook UMC.

We will have multiple equipping sessions for youth and adults and some form of meal/refreshments will be provided. The cost is only $10 per person and advance reservation is encouraged!

Leadership Team

We are currently discerning a leadership team of paid ministry leaders, youth, parents and adult volunteers.
